I've never been good at technical desents but that bike made me better. She also help me cut 45 minutes off my best ORAMM time this year. Our first race together resulted in a second place in the 6hour Cowbell. She will be missed. Auto Insurance does not cover items that are not "permantly attached". Bike rack is covered. Bike is not. I am still going to try my home owners insurance but I am not holding my breath. I will take some pictures and email them around. It has to be seen to be believed. The only useful things left from the carnage was the Chris King headset and the Time carbon pedals (which are the same pedals from my very first mountain bike that I keep moving from bike to bike. Thank heaven for small miracles).
But, fear not friends! The KERMIT THE FROG green air Niner frame has been ordered an the rebuilding/healing will begin soon. -Damon53x11https://www.blogger.com/profile/05189550977461317038noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33223598.post-87290691206559805242008-01-29T11:23:00.000-05:002008-01-29T11:23:00.000-05:00Any chance that there are some pictures of the Car...Any chance that there are some pictures of the Carnage floating around.
Does car insurance cover something like that? If not I think I may take out some additional insurance on my steed.
Holly Cow that was a nice ride, but I am sure Paul will gladly replace it.
-joeAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33223598.post-43261174002786757232008-01-29T09:16:00.000-05:002008-01-29T09:16:00.000-05:00Oh that Sucks for sure! nothing like looking in t...Oh that Sucks for sure! nothing like looking in the rearview mirror and watching your beloved bike creating havoc on the highway! ouch

bradoAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
